Live, Virtual, December 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST
Breastfeeding/chestfeeding provides much more than ideal nutrition—breastfed babies have a lower risk of asthma, obesity, type 1 diabetes, and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Breastfeeding/chestfeeding your baby also helps reduce your risk of breast and ovarian cancer, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Your milk changes daily to give your baby exactly what they need, including antibodies to help them stay healthy.
Breastfeeding can be an absolutely wonderful experience that you'll remember forever. But if you're in pain, or unsure if you're doing it correctly, it's easy to become discouraged and stop breastfeeding. In this Masterclass with expert Nikki Smith, find out how to avoid common feeding difficulties, so you can thrive. Get the help you need to love breastfeeding/chestfeeding your baby.
Are you a birth professional? This Masterclass is for you too. Boost your knowledge and confidence in supporting parents through their feeding choices, concerns, and questions.
