If you’re unable to log in, please try the following:

• Upon signing up for the Summit, if you are new to DFB™ you were sent an email titled “Your New Dancing For Birth™ Account” containing your unique login link and instructions. Set up your DFB Account to gain access to the Summit Portal.
• Look in your spam, promotions, or junk folder if you don't see the email.
• When you create your account use the same email address you used when signing up for the Summit.
• If at any time you don't know your password, you may use the “Forgot Password” option.

If you still can’t access your account, try resetting your password.

If you have already registered for the Summit Please check the following:

• Search all of your email folders for the subject line “Your New Dancing For Birth™ Account”.
• The email may be in your spam/ junk/promotions folders.
• Double check any alternate email addresses you may have used to register.
• If you have already created an account with Dancing For Birth™ in the past you will not receive this email.

Alternatively, you can log in by clicking the "log in" tab on the Dancing For Birth website navigation bar. If you don't know your password you can follow the "forgot password" prompt to reset it.

If you’re experiencing technical issues try the following:

• Refresh the page
• Use a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
• Clear your browser cache
• Disable ad blockers or extensions
• Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data 

If you’re using a mobile device:

• Use Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
• Make sure cookies are enabled
• Avoid private/incognito mode
• Try rotating your screen or refreshing the page

The Summit Portal should be fully mobile-friendly when opened in a browser.

The VIP Section of the Summit Portal is locked:

• The VIP Bonuses are locked and only available to VIP Pass Holders.
• If you have purchased the VIP Pass, please double check which email you purchased it with, and sign in to the Summit Portal using that email account.

Yes! You can log in from multiple devices as long as you use the same email address you used when signing up for the Summit and creating your DFB Account.

Your Summit Portal Access depends on your pass:

• Free Pass holders have access to the Summit Portal until May 14, 2026 at midnight Central Time (US)
• All-Access Pass holders have access until June 14, 2026 at midnight Central Time (US). (30 Days)
• VIP Pass holders have access until May 14, 2027 at midnight Central Time (US). (One Year)

No worries! Once a session has premiered it will be available on demand inside the Summit Portal for viewing. 

• Free Pass holders have access to the Summit Portal until May 14, 2026 at midnight Central Time (US)
• All-Access Pass holders have access until June 14, 2026 at midnight Central Time (US). (30 Days)
