About Your Trainer
Elizabeth Golden discovered her love of natural therapies early in her life. The pathways and techniques that brought her relief from various forms of illness and injury showed her that health is indeed the first wealth and has become her trusted tools for balance and wellness. Elizabeth found my passion in maternity care after seeing and experiencing a great need coupled with the ability to have a profound affect on the human condition from the start! She loves the accessibility of DFB’s signature movements for all dance levels and seeing the freedom and pleasure it brings to those who use it in their lives and work. Elizabeth looks forward to the love and connections that form through Dancing For Birth™ professional trainings and awaits your treasured presence.
