Pregnant women are also encouraged to attend in order to experience invaluable birth preparation.

The Tennessee Dance Arts Conservatory is located in the heart of Spring Hill at Belshire Village (next to Lowes off 31). We have two fully equipped studios with sprung floors, marley, and double walled mirrors. Our DANSER sprung wood floor was once used by Lord of the Dance and is the same brand floor The New York City Ballet and The Kennedy Center use for performances. Sprung floors provide students with safest possible surface to dance on. The top layer of our floor is a "eco friendly" multi purpose Marly. TDAC has taken many steps towards being "Green", clean, and safe for our students.
