Cancellation Information/ Refund Policy:
Dancing for Birth requires cancellations in writing at least 90 days before the workshop begins for a refund (less a $45.00 administrative fee). No refunds will be given within 90 days of the workshop, but you may designate your place to another participant whom you find. In this case, transfer of funds between you and your replacement is your personal responsibility. Please notify Dancing For Birth TM of your arrangement in advance and have your substitute submit a registration form.
If you miss some or all of the workshop due to being called to a birth, or an emergency, you can register to make up one or both days at a future workshop (space permitting) and your paid fees will apply toward the price of that workshop. Low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control may result in cancellation of a workshop. In this case, those registered will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Returned check policy
Each returned check will incur a $35.00 fee.
